You forgot a few things: - Intimidation - Psychological damage - Is a pirate captain - Flint himself was scared of him - Is strong enough to hold Jim captive - Smart (Silver is smarter, but he didn't know where the gold was, and that was the sole reason he lost) All of the above goes to Silver, which is why he is one of the chaddest villains.

Stated in the novel that current silver is near dr licesly speed, however it ks stated that in his prime that could much..much faster.Also Manuplation goes to silver feats- MAUALPTIED THE Square, manuplaited nearly the entire ship and even the dr, swuare and captain, expect Jim. Near the end he manulapited both sides and got away free with lot of treasure.
