Saw him live at Blues Alley in D.C. several years ago. He walked up to me and started chatting after the set. Very pleasant guy. Sad to hear about his passing.

Killing it. Looks like a hybrid picking technique, so clean, I think he's using a finger but who knows. Would like to see that notated!
