Wow. Now those are REAL journalist. Letting the speaker explain himself. No cutting him off or over speaking him. Bring them back!

This woman-Gay interview with Dr. King is a natural act of scorn without considering his non-violent philosophy and commitment to civil rights and equality. Seldom anyone from a life of privilege would see the needs of those living in poverty as entitled to similar opportunities and advantages as themselves. Often the underprivileged are stigmatized as lazy and lacking enthusiasm even when there's no proof which states being poor is the result of laziness. Dr. King is once in a lifetime. Every time I think of him, I'm energized by the spirit of accomplishment.

I think she may have been doing her duty of reporting from the audience’s perspective objectively not necessarily her own.

Kennedy gets his head blown off, in public, and the questions are about violence in the black community. Dr. King could only argue from the position of second class citizen. 100 years after the civil war, and that war was still being fought. I'd like to say that we have evolved past it now. I'd like to be able to.

I feel bad for King being interviewed with this woman name Gay. Her tone of voice is alittle rude against him.

I think Karen, I mean Gay, believes those horrible nonviolent black people provoked the nice white people into beating the hell out of them and in some instances even kill them.

All a game. Even civil rights leaders will and sadly have "sold out". It's clever how he sidesteps, tiptoes and evades questions that are, inadequate or those that don't jive with his general thought process. Very measured, when pushed, as a white Man would say "he speaks just like us"... How far have we really come?
