Thanks, Doc Miheret. Everybody has emotions for sad, happiness, hunger, ...etc and those emotions are important at the right time and place that is why we have to be emotionally intelligent. For the second one word has power for any communication so as much as possible we have to select the right word.

Thank you Dr. Mehret!!! God bless you! Very true!!! I agree with you all negative words that was spoken never go away from our mind. So we should be careful about our word. Very thoughtful. The word of God even said in Mathew 12:36-37 “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. Thank you again
