The audio was playing but the video was frozen so for a minute I just thought it was him talking while the camera was just lingering on a shot of Vic holding the exact same smile perfectly for an uncomfortable length of time

OMG I just watched the episode on Dropout and came here to comment on how amazingly great Josh played, how super awkward this episode was and how perfectly Vic knew what to do with the characters. SOOOO Good!

In case you actually don't know this is from an improv show where the premise is they don't know what characters they'll be playing until right before they go on. So he didn't have time to learn ventriloquism and these jokes weren't written he's making them up on the spot
