The legendary Dr. Otis Moss, Jr., delivering the eulogy for his classmate and beloved fraternity brother, Maynard Holbrook Jackson, Jr. Maynard Jackson graduated from Morehouse College at just 18 years old & was elected as the first black mayor of Atlanta, GA at 35, in 1973. He was very instrumental in the development of the Atlanta we see today & his life & legacy of political activism should never be forgotten.
