Not fully true with a child that little especially. I worked with a 13 year old where they found proof of rape/vaginal damage 2 years afterwards. Scar tissue and damaged human.

No matter how much people bash Dr Phil, i am grateful that this show, on a number of occasions, has highlighted the fact that women can be abusers too. I am a woman myself and sometimes it scares me , to see the number of women I know, getting away with abusing their husbands and children and even their own parents, just because they are women. Abuse is wrong no matter who does it.

All I know is, if someone raped my child, I would not be able to sit across from them period, much less just calmly lob passive-aggressive comments at them. They allow the behaviour to continue because it gives mom a leg up in the custody battle. That child keeps doing that because she has learned that behaving that way gets her attention. Like Dr Phil said: to the child, this is nothing but a game. I even suspect that mom and grandma ENCOURAGE the child to act like that jbehind closed doors just to get their hands on more 'proof/evidence' that Anthony is a monster and that his parental rights should be terminated.

People take men's rights for a joke often, but there are SO many divorce cases where vicious women try to alienate the father of the child. The end seems to justify the means, it's so disgusting. I experienced this myself with my mother, and I have seen many examples of this on Judge Judy who always reiterates that fathers are not second class citizens and I respect her a lot for that.

Why arent these two women in jail? This kind of thing happens over and over in family courts all across the country. It’s called the silver bullet in family court. One side accuses the other side of abuse (sexual or physical) and the court has to take certain actions which normally include time away from the accused, money spent on case managers/hiring guardian ad litem(sp)/paying for psychiatric care

The woman aren't in jail , because the laws are made to favour the female . All the female has to do is sneeze and everyone is over the male ( father ) like a rash . Then the father is the one who has to prove he hasn't been abusive . That's also after the mother who predominantly has the children more than the father has brained washed the children . Then when its proved the female has lied , and the children have been manipulated. Its a big fat zero punishment from the courts . The children are the biggest losers , when your got one parent who is prepared to lie , exaggerate , and drag the other parents name through the mud . All the courts have to do , is threaten the real abusive parent that they are about to lose there children . Then all the lies would stop immediately . But the problem is that wont help the lawyers , judges , psychologist , and all the rest of the players in the family court system make outrageous wages . What a farce .

It breaks my heart dr Phil is so rude to this man . Being accused of rape and having your life ruined is SICKENING. I wish dr Phil mentioned she was the reason innocent people go to jail and men get their lives ruined . I truly feel bad for this man and dr Phil should have stood up for him a lot more because I can’t imagine the damage that accusation has on a man .

to hate your ex so much that you would put your child through rape screening. She needs to have her rights revoked. It is traumatizing for an adult to go through an examination. I was traumatized as a 12-year-old going through it. I cannot imagine what this sweet baby has endured all because her mother is a hateful spiteful person, and the apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree in regards to the grandmother

My ex was an addict who got so high on oxy that while he was talking he would pass out mid-sentence. I went to jail for 48 hours on a contempt charge because I was so afraid of him spending time alone with our son.

This woman is as unfit as a mother can be! She needs to get the psychological help while she sits in prison. Her lies would have DESTOYED this man's life. Pure evil. And grandma as well. This is sick sick sick. PRISON.
