Mam is there difference between delayed echolalia and recall My child sometime recall those things which is told in therepy centre. Like teacher padhate hain Dctr medicine etc

Mam baccha agar mouth me kuch na dalta hai agar oral massages me comfortable nahi hota toh kya yeh oral problem ki wajah se hai wo mouth se sound produce karta hai wo 5,6words ka sentence bolta hai but usse aage communication develop nahi ho raha hai uski verbal stimming jyada hai he is 11 years old
