Spoilers for Dr Ratio's backstory (I.e his lore taken from his story sections, which will be available to everyone soon) Dr Ratio, for all the memes, is a really fascinating character that shows the complexity of Aeons being concepts and nothing more. Ratio was born a genius of the highest order. In part II of his story, everyone praises him for his genius, and some of his teachers say he taught them. But a question is brought up, why hasn't he joined the genius society? After this, we learn that while he doesn't make it public, he wishes to be acknowledged by Nous and be part of the Genius Society. In the next parts of his story, one of his students gets invited to a prestigious group. In excitement, his student shows Ratio the invitation, basically their dream come true. With his alabaster mask on, he sighs and asks them to leave. The student comments that he could hear Ratio's self deprecating laughter after, a laugh that mocks himself for not being invited to the genius society. Perhaps accepting that his own dream of being invited will never come to be. The student comments that Ratio's worth far exceeds that of the Genius society. Commenting that Ratio helped entire worlds advance and progress with his unfathomable genius, so why should he be of less worth compared to the isolated genius in their ivory tower? (The Genius society) In the final part of his story, beyond more characterization, we learn of the Mundanite Council. A group of geniuses in the intellgensia guild that are only considered rumors and myth, until Ratio proclaimed himself publicly as one. Confirming it exists. In the story, its theorized that Ratio claiming to he a mundanite. Claiming to be mundane, may mean three things. Unlike the ingenious members of the society, those mundane struggle in their lives and put in immense effort just to keep up in their shadow. And so Ratio taking up this name is either to mock himself, criticise the society, or declare war against them. But an important of his character and story is his humanity. While he may be a genius (So much so that he even completed work of anti planetary weapons), a Genius of a caliber worthy of the Society to most, he retains his complete humanity. He actively tries to help others gain knowledge, helps worlds advance and grow, and uses his unique methods to aid his students in their struggle to achieve their dreams. And if they put in effort, they become highly respected experts that achieved their dreams. But a theme and implication as to why, is that unlike an Emanator or those acknowledged by Aeons (Concepts), hes not an extreme of said concept. Erudition isnt the path of logic nor reason as Ratio puts it. Its the concept of discovery of knowledge. The opposite of enigmata. But to be close to a concept, you have to be inhumane. This is why even the most humane member of the Genius Society, is a inhumane robot who couldn't comprehend the idea of Ratio doing what he did in the continuance trailblazer quest to help others until Ratio explained it. Discovery of knowledge manifests itself in a plethora of forms. Some more human than others. But those forms, however human they are, are anything but. Ruan Mei has driven test subjects to self destruction, and she didn't care. She would even trick some subjects into thanking her for it. Her only regret is that it went according to her prediction. Herta would destroy entite civilizations if it interested her research. Stephen's inhumanity is shown amazingly in Gold and Gears dialogue. Every Genius Society member is far less than human. They're closer to living concepts. And while Ratio is toxic, he's still a doctor at heart. As the student in his story puts it, he heals the universe and aids worlds. He's not a scholar taken to the extreme. He could never do anything like this in the name of discovering knowledge. But any member of the Genius Society would without a second thought for the sake of their research. Its a really fascinating perspective and theme to be brought up through a free 5 star of all things thats shown off as a meme. Anyway, haven't commented here in a while. Id recommend even if you're Fu fields still up and you need juice just pop you're skill, also you could sacrifice some HP for !ore defence, for long term fights it's just as good if not better then having an energy rope, that goes double if you are also running a healer as Fu can be supported my team more like a traditional tank

I had to redo this fight so MANY times and learned I couldn't use fu xuan because that second phase attack will take her OUT. I just did Luocha Argenti Hanya and Clara tbh

I think the number of the genius society members is just the order they appeared and be selected by the Aeon. Like Herta is the 83rd member and SW is the 84th.

Fire MC makes it easier cause she wont attack and just spam shield so the enemies wont stop popping so single target like seele and silver wolf would do the trick and lynx remove debuff will help your team with the fire bug debuff

Huohuo saved you with the cleanses her emergency heals are a blessing being able to heal outside of your turn and even during enemies turns is op and her heal is aoe and not rng like bailus she is a beast and your fu xuan would have been toast without her I also had to run double sustain because that thing just hits too hard but after building Ruan Mei one healer is all I need

That fight was pretty tough, though I think it only took like two or three tries for me using my normal team (and no food buffs since I don't use those) I used Jingliu, Silverwolf, Bailu, and Fire MC. (I don't have Gepard or Fu Xuan so Fire MC is my best preservation character atm. Trust me, I'd love to have Fu Xuan if I could.) I guess I did forget to mention all my characters are at level 60 as well, so maybe that's why there was a slight difference in difficulty. Idk.

Okay so this will be lengthy. The thing where the boss spawns the bugs can be useful. If you can stack it up nicely, whenever one bug explodes, other than the base damage it applies Decay onto the other enemies for 3 turns. Decay can be stacked until a maximum of 10 stacks, each stack making the affected enemy received 10% more damage for 3 turns. Everytime Decay is applied onto an enemy it refreshes, so basically by constantly killing the bugs you can let the boss constantly have 10 stacks. Though it does go away when switching to second phase, then you gotta do that whole skaboosh all over again.
