I do agree with Dr. Shaista Lodhi panjiri is really very beneficial. My friend had so many blemishes on her face she tried so many skin treatments from the dermatologist but nothing helped. But panjiri with flakseeds, Makwana, gum n nuts helped her so much that her skin became flawless in 6 months.

I been dealing with acne for a decade now, tried prescription meds didn't work now onto Korean skin care cuz it's gentle and hoping it would work. It does help a little but I keep getting new acne. Acne is very complicated and hard to get rid of. But I agree gut health is very important so now I'm off to making panjeeri 😆. I never seen acne on my face when I was in Pakistan, ever since I moved to US my hair falls out a lot and non stop acne, all the chemicals and pesticides on food are the cause I believe oh and the water is so harsh 😞

oh sad to hear..But i also had acne for many years but recently i get it treated from a pakistani lahore based doctor…She is so fabulous..Alhumdulilah thousand times with the blessing of Allah i got treated acne fully 100%😊..

@@glamoroustwinnies7802 could you please share what treatment plan she gave you I know it’s different for everybody depending on their situation but here in California I’ve been to dermatologist, and all they gave me is clindamycin, benzyl, peroxide, and tretinoin, antibiotics etc. I’m glad it worked for you.
