Dr.Stanzin Angmo from Chuchot yokma .The first person from Ladakh to have cleared and secured all India second rank in the ST category securing admission in AIIMS Ayurveda Delhi in medicine.
During her graduation, she was socially enthusiastic and worked with the medical camps arranged in various districts in Jammu in collaboration with GMC Jammu relating with awareness and treatment related to lifestyle disorders, female health care, cancer awareness, etc.
She also worked as a General Secretary of the Ladakh student association Jammu (ALSAJ) in 2017.
Cleared all India defense exam for the post of medical officer in 2022 where the posting was in Dalhousie but eventually left the post for higher education purposes (Doctor / 2nd rank AIAPGET, First Ladakhi to have cleared AIAPGET and secured seat in AIIMS Ayurveda in medicine )
