If you have read Quran, it's full of verses for being compassionate for all of the humanity. "do not let the enmity of any people move you to deviate from justice" Maidah verse No 8 ... The Verse clearly commanding doing adal with all of the humanity including your enemies.

Allah does not forbid you from dealing kindly and fairly with those who have neither fought nor driven you out of your homes. Surely Allah loves those who are fair. (60:8) For this reason, We decreed for the children of Isrā’īl that whoever kills a person not in retaliation for a person killed, nor (as a punishment) for spreading disorder on the earth, is as if he has killed the whole of humankind, and whoever saves the life of a person is as if he has saved the life of the whole of humankind. (Surah maidah 32) O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name [i.e., mention] of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers. (Surah Hujrat 11) And in their wealth there was a rightful share ˹fulfilled˺ for the beggar and the poor. (Surah Zariyat 19) ˹O believers!˺ Do not insult what they invoke besides Allah or they will insult Allah spitefully out of ignorance. This is how We have made each people’s deeds appealing to them. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them of what they used to do. (Surah Al Anam 108) Literally there are bundles of quranic verses and hadith on services to humanity , and from childhood we're taught about Huqooq ul Ibad, Prophet Muhammed's PBUH entire life revolves around showing kindness to disbelievers We have sent you ˹O Prophet˺ only as a mercy for the whole world. (Surah anbiyah 107) Quran is a divine message not just for believers but also for disbelievers, every where in the Quran HE SWT is calling HIS servants towards HIM compassionately and lovingly. The real question is why are non believers so hesitant to read the Quran?
