Sir, This is Venkat Rao, Thank you for valuable information about B-12, May-2022 my B-12 Level-191 then I started to eat Non Veg regularly July-2022 B-12 Level went to 211, then I done research in youtube channels, stopped non veg had nuts and legumes and tested Oct-2022 B-12 level shown 190, then I started to eat Fermented Millet Rice every day, 20-30gms natural curd( Fermentation time 24-36 hours).. December 2022 B-12 increased to 295 then I stopped to eat fermented millet curd rice..February-2022 report shown 210.. then immediately I started to eat Fermented millet rice.. as per your experience except Non Veg there is no source in others.. but Fermented millet curd rice helped me to increase B-12 Levels.. Kindly suggest Fermented millet curd rice can help to increase the B-12 levels or should go for any other tests.. Thank you

The mysterious thing in your experience and yet to be probed is whether the fermentation can increase the amount of B 12 already existing in curd or the combination of very much fermented curd and millets increase the amount of the vitamin.

@@DRWARLU Sir, Thank you very much for your kind quick response, yes sir I am also surprised after taking Fermented Millet Curd rice my B12 levels are increased, Curd we are mixing in millet rice is very small quantity maximum 30gms.. previously my weight was 120+, From Jan-2018 I changed life style and food habits.. following my great grand father food habits with aggressive fitness activities.. from 2019 to till today my weight is 77+.. previously I suffered with Diabetic, BP, Migraine and back pain issues when I changed my food habits and fitness activities all problems are gone.. now I am 48 years old.. enjoying life with peace of mind...

eat lot of seeds, upper layers of seeds would have B12.

Vitamin B12 deficiency has been a controversial topic. But it is so very vital for the human body and we cannot neglect it; a deficiency can cause energy loss, damage to functioning of limbs including brain functioning. Absorption of B12 decreases after the age of 30-35 years; since it is not directly found in the form of foods: (cobalt available in the earth helps in procuring B12 for the animals), The cells in our body should release the intrinsic factor to absorb B12. We also largely we depend of various supplements. Thank you Dr. Warlu garu for explaining about Vitamin B12 from the human anatomical and from the medical perspective.
