Matt 12:36-37 _ 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word (rhema) that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words (logos) thou shalt be justified, and by thy words (logos) thou shalt be condemned (KJV) Luke 9:44-45 _ “44 Let these sayings (logos) sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men. 45 But they understood not this saying (rhema), and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying (rhema) (KJV)” John 12:47-50 _ 47 "As for the person who hears my words [rhema] but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not Come to judge the world, but to save it. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words [rhema]; that very word [logos] which I spoke will condemn him at the last day.
