Yes so now it’s Draco (69) Melodie (60, two new brawlers lol) and then Sam (53, not counting brawlers that get new voice lines from skins)

For people asking why he says the same voice line multiple times is because the recording team wanted the voice actor to take multiple shots of the same line, and see which one was better. The reason for this is because there are no other brawlers excluding Janet that sing their voice lines, and the recording team probably wanted to see which tune/lyrics they like more. On release he will definitely have less voice lines.
