In this video, we each take turns drafting a team of bourbons based on set criteria for each position in basketball.
Point Guard: Has to be 10 year or older
Shooting Guard: Has to be at least $100 (secondary/market value)
Small Forward: Has to be Bottled-In-Bond
Power Forward: Has to be a non-bourbon
Center: Has to be Barrel Proof/Barrel Strength
Sixth Man: Has to be $30 or Under

Loved this video idea and great picks on both sides! I think my list of bottles I’ve had would be: PG: Eagle Rare SG: Stagg SF: Ben Holladay Soft Red Wheat - borderline classic since the distillery was revived and has been there forever (EHT SB is a great pick but I haven’t opened the one I have yet) PF: Hemingway Rye - This is an awesome bottle if you all haven’t had it, finished in Oloroso Sherry casks and has KY and MGP ryes in it C: Rare Breed 6th Man: Probably Green River bourbon, really wanted Pipe Dream here but I’ve never seen it for $30 or less unfortunately

Great video! I think that Jared has the bottles I’d dream of having, while Ben had the bottles I could actually get and will also be thrilled with. PG: Knob Creek 12 (Scotch twist Glen Scotia 15) SG: Peerless DO is my most expensive (85) but if I’m including bottles I don’t have then Stagg SF: EHT SB C: ECBP (though I also wanted to put 1792 FP here) 6M: OGD114, easiest choice on this list

Thank you so much! That’s a great list, I almost put knob creek 12 in my list! Next time we’ll have to make some more criteria to keep it more consistent between us.

Cool idea. I did my list at the 4:21 mark before watching the rest of the video so I could compare. I tried to stay with "findable" bottles. PG: Eagle Rare, SG: Bardstown Discovery 11, SF:McKenna 10y, PF: Jack Daniels SBBP Rye, C: Elijah Craig C923, 6M: Old Grandad 114. Let me know how I did.
