When you're applying your reflective tape, add a few wraps around the axle too. If the trailer comes off of the hitch the reflectors on the rear will be pointing skyward, but the tape around the axle will still hit headlights. I don't want to talk about how I learned this... :)

I would recommend adding some strip led lights to the inside of the access doors to help illuminate the trailer area when needing to do work/load/unload.. on the side of the road/track to compliment the others you have. When you pop the doors it would be like having shop lights to work under.

Yep a battery with charging system and inverter will fit easily into a tool box mounted to the draw bar to power all your chargers and lights you can also find some 2nd hand solar for the roof if your super keen.

Great prep and good thinking to have dedicated boxes, a good idea is to photograph everything in the box so you can keep an inventory so you know what needs to be replaced etc. Also helps if the trailer is stolen you can provide evidence of what everything was. On the question of being stolen have you thought of putting a tracking device somewhere on the trailer in case of it being stolen.

...speaking of the Mustang, I would really suggest checking out Baseline Suspension's 'Outlaw' adjustable upper suspension setup for the rear. It's still 'stock-style suspension', but fixes a lot of the Fox chassis' poor geometry. I've played with one first hand, it's a nice setup stock geometry can still cut some killer 60' but the Baseline setup just makes it a lot easier.

Have you considered moisture and vibration damage to those spares? Cardboard is just the worst. Given the flammability of the trailer already some foam between parts or some decent thick ziplock bags with grease/oil may provide some protection without an overall increase to the flammability of an e85 bunker trailer 👍🏼
