I know this was a dark period for Katya especially, and Trixie as well. However, the chemistry between Bob and Trixie is soooo good. Its so sad knowing what happened that led to Bob stepping in, but rewatching this now I can appreciate even more what Bob brought to this show. I want more content between these two, and with katya!

So so so so so true. I was hesitant at first bc of what surrounded these eps with Katya leaving. But omg I LOVE BOB and she's the perfect and ONLY replacement for these episodes Katya missed. I'm obsessed with Sibling Rivalry (his pod with Monet) I've watched/listened to every ep at least 2-3 times and live for her with Trixie as well. This kind of content gets me through my currently otherwise humdrum life.

As a retail worker I have also had to apply Bobs method of getting other people's kids to act right. You give them that look, that you can tell their parents have never used, and it's instant zipped lips and standing still. Occasionally you get those fraidy cats that hide behind their parents and peek at you, but that's fine bc they will not step out of line again. *Trixie Cackle*

When watching moving parts and they said how Bob replaced Katya I thought she would of been the best fit out of anyone. At the start you could tell they were trying to get their flow but by the end you could see the chemistry. Thats pretty impressive on Trixie's side as well. I could watch this as its own show. However with Trixie and Katya they have something much deeper and raw. Something really special that can't be replaced.

I can’t believe this wasn’t picked up for a second season. Bob could have occasionally guested when Katya needed time! The format and vibe is great. Such raw talent.

Personally, it felt clunkier that they have all of these segments, instead of UNHhhh where they have more freedom to deviate from the topic if the conversation leads there. Not to mention some of the segments are repetitive. (Male Bag is basically them reading hater emails, Asking for a Friend is QuestUHNhhh but with a different name.) Plus, part of the charm of UNHhhh is in the editing-the flock of birds fleeing whenever Trixie laughs like a banshee or something like that. There's barely any of that here.

Dude, I feel you. People say essentially to stop " me too " ing and talking so much about sexual harassment because it doesn't happen that much and is usually innocent and played off as a one time discretion or misinterpretation of consent. But it is still rampant at all levels. I've worked on and with several different teams of all seniority levels at two massive corporations' HQs in fully different geographical contexts and was sexually harassed and approached by like one out of ten of the men I have worked with. Most of those men were people with security and seniority and had been doing this to young women for years before I arrived and probably still are today. And half of them "monogamously" married. If he is married with two kids, that's not a sign of character implying he is less likely to be a predator, it's probably more an indicator of an internal sense of boredom and a lack of excitement in their monotony, no matter how comfortable or stable they might be in their life. It's important to still be vigilant about this shit. It's nowhere near gone in most places and work environments. It's hiding in plain sight.

I love that trixie's mum used to wear white diamonds. (The joke is, white diamonds is popular in nursing homes. Trixie's mum and I both work in nursing homes. Carers are ooky spooky witches of the night.)
