This was a great start! I fear that I am going to have trouble keeping TES and DA lore separate though. Maybe not, as I know much more about TES already than I do DA. I can not wait to see what you do next and am quite relieved that I am already subscribed... phew! I do not want to miss out on any of it.

And inquisition the worst ,_,) not that I hate it tough, It was the first DA that I played, but in comparison to origins and 2, it is far from them.

+J Byrd DA2 was the worst out of the three, but it was still a good game.

+J Byrd The fact DA2 suffered from a much smaller production time (1 year- 1 1/2) compared to Origins (6 years) and Inquisition (3). There was a lot of content cut that would've added to the game surely. But what I personally love about DA2 is how Hawke started off very humbly, trying to get away from Lothering before it got destroyed. We get to Kirkwall and try to build a life from it. You spend a year either smuggling or being a sword for hire. Hawke gets into Kirkwall but is in crap surroundings and must do things they might not like to get by, getting the coin for the expedition to the deep roads is your main goal, and then you meet other people who become entwined in your life. What Hawke wants changes through each act, first is to survive, next is to take care of your remaining family (or just your mom if you let your sibling die in the cross roads). Outside forces wanting more from Hawke, when all they want is to live normally. The Qunari attack the city and Hawke is the one who can actually help. By the 3rd act...Hawke is stuck between the Templars and the Mages...something they didn't want to be involved in probably. It all builds up to the climax which Hawke (depending on which side is taken) didn;t want to happen. Hawke is the every day person who got swept up into the chaos. My Hawke is the peace keeper, who just wanted to live life the way she wanted...without outside forces coming in and forcing her into it. That;s what makes it enjoyable for a lot of people...Hawke was a person trying to survive for years...and regardless of ending...still has to run for the sake of protecting their home and their loved ones.

+J Byrd ehhh idk lol i really liked the first one a lot and the last one. though i felt the last game was pretty short and all but was a huge step difference in the series. they pretty much change a lot about the game and look. just needs to have more quests like they did in witcher 3. not simply fetch quests and such. and needs a longer story and deeper. dragon age 2 i like because the combat was a bit better then the first. also graphics but it lack a lot of depth and maps were all about the same.... which hurt the game a lot. it was rush out. i say the forth game will be a lot better now they know what step to take for what people want in a game.

The Qunari and the dwarves are really the two races of Thedas that keeps it fresh and unique.

+J Montoro What's interesting is they automatically blamed humans for what was happening. From my understanding (please advise me in any missing points), is they were living with the humans and they were still magical and long living. A certain event happens (check trespasser DLC for DAI) and they lose it...did they somehow not realize it? Did they not try to figure it out? Or did they blame the humans despite everything being okay right before.

+demonangel918 I think they're more alike the humans, as elves are not immune and are very susceptible of blaming others for their downfall in that manner. I'm not divulging more info since I'm not sure if many have played DAI or Trespassers DLC.

I actually have a near-fixation on avoiding using the same words too closely together, even if one is an adverb or adjective and the other a verb or noun. I'm not sure where this obsession stems from but yeah, some of the lack of vocabulary brought me out of the immersion of the story. This is very disappointing especially for how well-done these videos are. I know I'm far too late to the party but I do have one word to share: thesaurus.

You can only visit a parts of Orlais and Ferelden in Inquisition, but perhaps in the future DA game where the story focus on Qunari second invasion maybe we'll get a chance to visit Par Vollen.
