Omega Demon I wouldn’t say to the extent of being on par with Gogeta, but rather able to at least put up a fight against him. Sure, in the Buu saga, Gohan didn’t train. However, his latent potential was awaken by the Old Kai, essentially filling that significant gap-maybe even completely filling that gap. Yet, as we see, base Vegito shit wrecked Buuhan, who is Super Buu + Ultimate Gohan’s power (+ Piccolo, Trunks and Goten, if you want to get specific). With Gogeta being around the same league as Vegito, I wouldn’t say Gohan would be able to really match up against him, even if he didn’t stop training.

I like both fusions^^ But the potara fusion is the stronger one, since it has no condition. The Fusion Dance requires both Fighters to be in the same Power Level. So in most cases Goku must reduce his power like Trunks when he fuses with Goten

@@UrgentForce for me both have their pro and con Fusion yeah..you need someone with nearly same amount of power you have to maximize it's potential and has a chance to fail If you dance wrong for Potara yes no condition in order to fuse at all but the worst thing of Potara is it's fuse duration is way WAY lower than Fusion dance due to amount of power : duration that Potara can offer you is really low unlike Fusion that has no such thing (prove is when VB fight fuse zamasu he can't even maintain his form after fire one final kamehameha while Gogeta can just fire all soul punisher and kamehameha as much as he want and still maintain Gogeta form after that) so yeah you kinda can't just hand down say this fusion is better than this when there are more details than you think it would be

Plus, by that logic, they would probably have made that same mistake for Gogeta and Vegito, seeing as they are both fusions.
