9752matt Cell does not know all of Frieza's techniques. If you want to do a pros list for Cell, do one for Frieza. Frieza has an entirely new form and he would immediately destroy Cell. He would be so overpowered for Cell that he would 100% annihilate him. Zenkai boosts don't guarantee victory. Vegeta must have gotten so many of them in the fights with Jiren, but he still lost. The boosts don't make you a comeback god. He also couldn't beat Frieza when he had Krillin force the zenkai boosts by having him almost kill him. Also, you're calculating Cell's strength by nothing but a whim, lol. Nowhere in the game does it say, "He's stronger than Mystic Gohan but weaker than Super Saiyan Blue." You gotta be more knowledgeable, and less defensive of your green friend with the perfect jawline

9752matt Nah nah, you said Cell would zenkai past Frieza, and that has been proven multiple times to not be viable. Cell has no further transformation, meaning he cannot exponentially increase his own energy, either. And to blow both sides of our arguments out of the water, Dragon Ball is inconsistent with their concept of Hell, as villains shouldn't keep their bodies but they show them multiple times lol. Frieza in DBZ had no special Hell either, we see that as he and his goons are spectating the fight with Kid Buu. Forgive that last tangent, I just never get to rant about that inconsistency enough.

9752matt I've never seen the zenkai boost as too much of a tide turner, the person utilizing it typically fails. The biggest case of success with it is... Cell... Which I suppose helps you in your case, lol. Perhaps I'm just blinded by the fact that Frieza is my favorite character, I guess. All in all, it's not canon but it is fun to theorize a what-if scenario of what all Cell could do. Also, Gotenks vs. Hitler is such a meme.
