Especially things like optimizing types of buffs for each character like pure stats vs base stats

Yeah, nowaday's, DBL player's are super confused. They either want some OP unit with crazy mechanic's, or a "balanced" unit that's fun to use. But when that unit that's fun to us3 comes out, that hate on it, but when they get a buff that makes them OP, they cry and wail about "Meta diversity." If you want Meta diversity, don't beg for stuff you don't actually want.
