*YES. The aspect ratio isn't the best and some clips freeze but I made this with Windows Movie Maker in the early 2010s and these were the clips the Internet had at the time! LOL. I MIGHT remake this. No promise at all though.
I've noticed that Toei Animation never made a Dragon Ball Opening for the Piccolo Jr/World Tournament Saga..so I gathered some clips and made my own! I thought and still think this saga is Dragon Ball's most epic saga and deserves a proper opening. I mean look at the 4th ending, they're all grown up there! Why not in the intro! Also I gathered the credits from here www.kanzenshuu.com/production/... so they ARE all legit credits. Just to make this more real, for you! :) Enjoy!

Excellent job on this intro! I always thought it was weird that they didn't roll out a new intro to reflect Goku all grown up. This at least gives us a taste of what should have been.

Thanks! Yeah Toei should have done a 3rd opening, like they did for the ending, but alas, that's where I came in, as weak as my attempt is lol. But thanks again :)

It's not that weird, mostly because the arc itself was far too short compared to the previous one. Plus the second opening was only for about half the show, same for the first. It's not like today's world where you'll get a new anime opening after 12-15 episodes

I always have to roll my eyes when people complain about spoilers in anime openings fanmade or not. It's only a spoiler when you already know what's going to happen. You've seen the show already so when you see these images you know the context behind them so to you they're spoilers. But to someone coming in blind who doesn't know the context then these are not spoilers to them. Instead they are previews of things to come. It gives people an extra incentive to keep watching so they can see the full context behind the scenes.

This is one if the best fan made dragonball opening I have ever seen! I made a few of these recently but they where n where near as good as this is. If I ha one thing to say, it would be to when ur re-watching the final edit, to resize all clips to the same size so it's even. Other then that, THIS WAS GREAT!!

I want to be able to include movie clips while I voice over the footage. Can't do that In Window Movie maker unless I work for weeks....

Just remember that all of Dragon Ball Z, Super, etc came from a little kid going on an adventure with a teenage girl to find a crystal ball. That’s how it all started, just pure adventure. No super saiyan stuff or whatever. Has more comedy too to be honest.

@@blacksplashmedia29 I very much DID make this like almost 10 years ago with crappy WIndows Movie Maker lol. Back then, full episodes would be on KZfaq. All I did was take clips from the Piccolo Jr saga, meshed them together with the music and there ya go, not hard at all. I obviously didn't make the anime...if that's what you're implying.

I wouldn't say that 100% of the time. I liked the early episodes better than the Red Ribbon Army Saga. It did improve again afterwards, though.
