A lot of people make the argument of his fight with beerus shaking the universe but forget 2 main things, 1althoug universes in dragon ball are like mini multiverses the wave was everexpanding and at least half of that power came from beerus, second, saitama either doesn't have ki or doesn't know how to use it therefore its not a fair fight to begin with "he must be a lot stronger than when he fought beerus" yes he must be, with so much transformations and etc, but a lot of people forget his personality and how saitama grows, saitama grows on comparison with others and if his emotions get involved he'll grow exponentially based on that, even if he started the fight weaker than goku, he'd come out of the fight twice or trice as strong as mui goku, because goku wont say "imma oneshot him" he'll say "lets have a fair fight" I personally believe that saitama is at the same level or stronger than base goku, but only because he doesn't have any reason to grow further i mean, he got that strong from normal training, imagine if he did Goku's trainings

His growth are different while goku use his multiplier saitama uses exponential growth, it's way more better to use exponential growth Let's put a unit of power for both of them (it's 2) Goku with just sgg 3 would multiply this for 500 and that would lead to 2x500=1000 For saitama he would only do this: 2^10=1024 And keep replacing that number (10) for just one every second you can get up to 200.000 in seconds

Plus saitama will never hit his limits, those graphics are meant to be limitless, plus he wasn't trying to kill garou, most of the time he knew the promise of that kid, that fight was more like teaching a lesson to garou than trying to kill him, and garou knew that saitama could kill him a long time ago, he says this "what are you waiting for?, kill me"
