@@quitbee993yt7 No, normal Dragon Balls can't grant the wish. However The Super Dragon Balls can grant any wish. As Yamoshi said if Vegeta is an angel, he can pretty quickly find and gather the Super Dragon Balls to make said wish.

That was so cool! The storytelling and voice acting was on point, the animation was crisp (as usual) the return of some OG characters was amazing, and to top it off an all new character who fit PERFECTLY into the Dragonball storyline? Fantastic! I really enjoy the backstory. Really helps tie it back to to the beginning of Dragon Ball. Also appreciate that Alma isn't even a villain and I live her transformation has connection to Gohan. Honestly, Alma a lot more interesting antagonist than most of the current dragon ball super enemies right now.
