One thing I haven't seen anyone pointing out is how the bigger stage sizes makes it possible for cat and mouse strategies. I know you could do this in the past to a degree, but the stages are so big now that it's much more viable. Players have much more that they can hide behind to mask what they're doing, charge up ki, kill time, prepare for a surprise attack, etc. If it's still possible to lose your lock on to a player I could see this being a pretty interesting strategy to explore. Think of situations in the show like Goku hiding under water from Frieza, Goku doing a solar flare and a quick retreat to charge the Spirit bomb against Vegeta, Dr. Gero taking advantage of being an android without ki to hide in the rocky terrain, etc. The stages sizes are so big that landing certain attacks will likely be near impossible from too far away while some honing attacks may still be tough to avoid so that you can try to launch them from a safe distance. Goku's Instant Teleportation also becomes even more difficult to plan around.

I don’t think they are going to make blue evolved a transformation for anyone who is hoping for that, and from the way trunks rage looks normally I’m sure they will make his true rage form a buff just like kaioken and blue evo, but it’s honestly fine imo

i think this is for the demo that they did that with vegeta and when the game comes out blue evolution will be a transformation same with rage trunks that will also be a transformation when the full game comes out because of the box art of the game

I honestly do not like how they js pushed ssjbe evolved out of the way.. its like they didnt even try.. muscles still look the same feel like they should be bulkier, and the fact its a skill is even more crazy. KAIOKEN IS A SKILL. SSJBE IS A FORM

I feel like they polished Goku a lot obviously but didn’t make the effort for Vegeta in general in this game. His animations besides the super in super ssj don’t look great imo
