Mission that unlocks Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta (HAS TO INCLUDE ALL GREAT APES) in Conton City (somewhere secret like the conditions for UI awoken) 2. Must speak to them and Bulma (like Vegeta at Capsule Corp) It should be at least 14% stronger than SSG; ki charge, boost to melee and ki blast damage, ki absorption counter (input similar to UI owned power charge to make it simple)

Super saiyan 4 for XV2! Make it similar to blue, in types of boost, maybe a bit weaker, cost about 400 ki to transform. Have the same ki charge you get built into Ultra Instinct. (Note from Heroes has a design of ssj4, she kept the top, so literally make a model where the tops remain on the females and boom... no need to complain.)

I would love ssj4 as an awoken skill. It is by far my most favorite transformation in all of dragon ball's continuity. If the form was given I would make the transformation have +25% across the board along with ki and stamina regen and damage reduction considering how defensively strong it looked in gt, roughly around SSG level considering that Broly in oozaru form is basically the canon version of ssj4 and he was overpowering goku and vegeta in the movie whilst they were in SSG. We already have models for it with SSJ4 Goku, Vegeta, and Gogeta, we can make a wish for tails and then do a quest with goku and pan to achieve the form afterwards. I would very much love to have this form in game and so would thousands of others that have played this game since release.

I really want Super Saiyan 4 right now in Xenoverse 2! Because it’s my favorite forms out of all Super transformations. For Super Saiyan 4, I guessed they could be a strike/ki boost kinda like Super Saiyan God in a way and the stamina recovery would be a bit faster. To require it, there are two things for your Saiyan Cacs: 1. Go to Bulma and ask her for a mini blutz wave generator. Then fight Goku and Vegeta (GT) 2. Go to Elder Kai or ask Shenron to bring back your Saiyan tail

How i would make super Saiyan 4 work is of course it takes 5 bars to transform and that it's stats definitely have to surpass all the other Saiyan transformations (not including the god forms) and give it a 10% regain to ki and stamina and also a 15% decrease to all attacks taken i also want this to be the first transformation where your stamina can't get broken while transforming and cause why not you get a new fighting stance (i really want this transformation to be the pinnacle of what a saiyan truly can be)

As someone who has only gotten this game about a year ago, yet has spent nearly a month straight in total hour count playing this game, id be honored if bandai took some notes from not just my comment, but from everyone elses ideas. Since SSJ4 is a fan favorite transformation, I believe its a form that SHOULD be crafted by the fans of this game and life changing seires. As like I mentioned, SSJ4 is very popular and as such, I believe it needs to be fun and different enough for casual players and people who might get Xenoverse 2 just for SSJ4, yet strong enough so those who are more into the meta could consider it as a great choice for their saiyan CACS, so heres what I propose: Unlocking: Earning the transformation itself could have many great possibilities, but as a form that recalls the saiyan roots of Kakarot and Vegeta, the CACS should to earn Ssj4 in a similar manner of SSJ1-3, Super Vegeta, and Future Ssj, but with a slight twist. I think a good requirement to unlock Ssj4 would be level of 99 or higher, and could involve maybe Fu for a small adventure for unlocking Ssj4, where the CAC could use science and learning from other saiyans with Fu to achieve the transformation, similar to how Bulma uses the blutz waves in GT for Vegeta, but different enough to keep the quest fun and have the tranformation still be earned rather than just given. Visual Looks: While they could just slap on the SSJ4 aura, change the hair colour, eyes, and give us the red fur and call it a day, I believe they could go the extra mile to really sell the look and make every SSJ4 Saiyan CAC look different by letting us customize the hair color between red or black, and the eye colour between blue or yellow and maybe even more colours, with even the chance for a tail if wanted. This will keep the look we all know yet still add variation to every CAC, keeping them special. As for the clothing, the pants, shoes, and gloves should stay the same, yet the top could be ripped of in the transformation to reveal the red fur, with exceptions of tops that already reveal the chest, like the gogeta vest, dbz brolys necklace, etc. Gameplay: SSJ4 will be unlike any other transformation the game has seen, if I designed SSJ4 gameplay wise, heres my idea. Once your cac is going to transforms into ssj4, they will look at or toss a moon into the sky if the map doesnt have one(the moon is VERY important, so keep it in mind), and begin to turn into a golden great ape breifly before controlling their temper and awakening ssj4, where they stand infront of the moon in a similar manner to how Goku did, in terms of stat buffs, it would have to be one of the best for saiyans, with a stat boost with 50%+ overall boost INCLUDING health along with giving a the semi super armour effect like GOD Toppos(making you immune to ki canceling), this would capture the glory and might of SSJ4 like how it did in the GT anime, yet with a major drawback of that very important moon, despite being your best friend to awaken the transformation to give you the blutz waves, it is also your weak point, if you threw it in the sky/ if their alreadly is a moon in the sky, an opposing saiyan cac could also use that same moon for your transformation as theirs, decreasing their animations time and giving them an edge in stats as well (this proccess can only be done if they have ssj4 equiped as well too), furthermore, as a way for other CACS and Story Characters to counter it, they could destroy the moon if they use have a beam ultimate to do so. (ex: super kamehameha, final flash, special beam cannon, etc.) This would begin to drain ki at a similar rate to ssjbe to limit your time and as a penalty, however, if you want to stay ssj4 for longer, you can throw 1 last moon in the sky that behaves the same as the prior one, yet takes away 1 bar of health since you already used SSJ4. Well this concludes my pitch for a SSJ4 transformation, and if you did read my long comment, then I thank you for wasting 5 minutes of your time to consider mine and everyone elses ideas and hope you yourself leave your own pitch for an Ssj4 transformation. And if your Bandai Namco/Dimps employee or anything similar, Thank you for listening to the fans and considering our ideas for this game we all love.

Hell yeah we want ssj4. I would make it so that your character hair gets the mullet and the hair over the shoulders, yellow eyes and red out line. The tail can move and have red fur. Change the move set to have a unique combo (sorta like Beast and MUi). Make it stronger than ssj3 awoken skill. And if possible make it so that it is in ssj 1-3 as an extra awoken skill. Since 3 bars is Ssj, 4 bars Ssj2, 5 bars ssj3, 6 bars ssj4 If it is its own form 5 bars of ki to transform into, increases defense, increases speed and ki/basic attacks, can increase your Ki meter by 3 when in the form (like how Broly goes Suppressed super saiyan he gains extra ki bars in his ki meter). When using skill 10x Kamehameha it has an extra imput that makes your cac absorb the kamehameha (sorta like how Gogeta does with super Kamehameha) making your aura Red to make Full powered ssj4 (like how goku got red aura in the anime from getting power from the others). To obtain it, max friendship with Pan, Goku, and vegeta and pan will help you unlock a little quest with Elder kai then you will enter the little side quest. When starting the side quest, you will control a Golden great ape of your cac, the transformation skill will be blacked out while you destroy a city, but then pan and Goku ssj4 both show up and will tell you to regain your self and then the skill will glow and will allow you to go ssj4. Change the grab to Goku's Dragon throw when in ssj4. I dont know at least that is how i imagine it would be.

Similar to how we fought Cell Mac for Beast, Full Power Jiren for MUI, and how we needed to master friendships with 5 saiyans and train with Beerus for SSG, etc. I think we should keep the same idea for this awoken skill. Maybe we do like a GT gauntlet (like we could fight the GT villains in order of appearance idk) and then we could transform into SS4 mid battle or something like that.

I definitely would love to see Super Saiyan 4 as an Awoken Skill, I've been waiting for SOOOO LOOOONNNGGG for it, and I think it would be cool if we could complete all the saiyan transformations by including it, and I'm thinking it could be like Super Saiyan God, only with that same boost in Ki Attacks, plus it could be given a speed boost because of the fact that SS4 Gogeta is probably one of if not the fastest attackers from GT thus making it good to be balanced with Melee and Ki Blast attacks. Just had another idea for super saiyan 4 this ones a little more out there but we could give it 23% dmg boost for strike supers we could give it a 5% speed boost and we could give it 10% dmg negation i think this is a pretty cool concept for ssj4 bc its still weaker than ssjb when it comes to raw strenth but it gives you more variety which makes it feel like a unique transformation and not just a stat boosts with a color change

I think we should get super saiyan 4 as an awoken, as well it should work like super saiyan where you can go from base 4 to full power or maybe even limit breaker. It should only require 5 bars and not drain them and have a similar stat increase to ssgss or evolution in full power so that it’s actually usable, also no ki drain. #WeWantSuperSaiyan4ForXenoverse2 I would have the player unlock the form first through getting your tail restored by the Elder Kai or make a wish from the Dragon Balls and then you'd have to complete training with either SSJ4 Goku or Vegeta and that's how you unlock it, this form will be exclusive to Saiyans ofc. This Form can be paired with new unique hairstyles as well as hair color can only be changed between Default Black, Vegeta's dark brown hair or Gogeta's SSJ4 hair. To transform you would need 6 bars of ki, with the transformation cutscene being similar to Goku's first time going SSj4 and the first time we see vegeta go Oozaru , first with the character creating an artificial moon then the process starts with glowing red eyes, muscle mass increasing and ofc to save time instead of having to animate an entire golden great ape sequence just have its silhouette flash in the background as the bright aura fades away revealing the savagery that is SSj4. Once in the form you're able to recharge Ki recharges faster and it wouldn't drain it, gives an increase of 60% damage increase to everything as well as granting an extra bar of stamina, on top of that if equipped the Dragon Fist and Kaioken Kamehameha will be able to one shot the opponent once your last bar of health is at 50% and you hold down the input the respective attack, however the this would use all your ki and revert you back to base. Furthermore, the form will fade away if stamina is broken. Obviously the form would be able to be buffed further if certain supersouls are used but haven't thought that much far ahead to specify which ones, that's all I got for my pitch for what could potentially be the best form ever in the game [I have no doubt that Bandai would have to buff up certain forms like Beast, SSB, SSBE and UI so the can better compete🤣🤣].

Plz add SSJ4 Bandai Namco. The animated tails to differentiate Saiyans from Earthlings. It's one of the only transformations left you have the ability to add besides Orange Namekians since manga only forms are off the table.

Personally I'd love to see a Super Saiyan 4 awoken skill for Xenoverse 2 Super Saiyan 4 has to be one of my favorite transformations. If I had the option to make it I'd make it cost 300 Ki to activate and give it a 45% increase to strike related states along with a 40% Ki recovery rate increase with a 20% decrease to all blast related states. It would also likely have a special combo like most new awoken skills do. I feel like with this it should be good enough for players to be able to beat the game with along with providing a decent bridge between Super Saiyan 3 and Super Saiyan God with Super Saiyan 3 having a 20% stat increase and God having a 60% stat increase (percentages gotten from the wiki) I went with the key blast decrease to really show how animalistic the form would be and how much more savage it is compared to other forms I also believe if they were to release this awoken skill they'd most likely release a Super soul that activates when in Super Saiyan 4. If I had to guess what the Super soul would do it's likely that it would increase strike supers and Ki recovery to further buff the strong points of the awoken skill.

As for the Gigantic Explosion OHKO, maybe do an updated version of the Legendary Super Saiyan OHKO build you made or maybe remake the "Gigantic themed moveset" video you did

I WANT SSJ4 in XENOVERSE! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS, HERE'S MY IDEA!!! I would take a nice long cinematic transformaiton with hair and body hair color changing and the camera spining slowly around the now more buff body slowing down on the calves, biceps and shoulders, then ending on a quick zoom out from the character, showing a full body frame ssj4 transformation. A nice blaze of red swirling around your cac into an explosion of power, thrown in with accents of orange and purple would tie it together nicely and a red aura with some orange outline and purple lightning. I think it would be great if there was a combo change like for the Beast transformation but with multiple different combo strings instead of one. I also think it would be cool for ultimates and supers specifically from the ssj4 transformations: i.e Final Shine attack, Big Bang Kamehameha, 10x kamehameha etc. For power scaling, I would make it a 28% power increaase to alltogether with stats from base, (btw I really hope we get an ultra instinct with a power increase to 40% so it could be the strongest in the game), the ssj4 transformation should cost five ki bars but not consume them and have small ki regen and stamina to balance out the weaker power increase. In order to unlcock it max friendship with goku and pan and then you will get an extra lesson from goku saying it's an extra lesson and if you do well you get a suprise. Idk about you guys, but I want to earn my transformation, but not like the way we got ultra instinct so I want a challenging but not impossible 1v1 vs goku base, ssj,ssj2,ssj3, you only need to beat ssj3 to finish the lesson, but you need the ultimate finish against ssj4 goku to earn the skill. Let me know what you guys think about this transformation idea!

Hey burcol love your videos and keep up the amazing work 👍. They should add Super Saiyan 4 as an unlockable transformation in the next dlc as part of a mission line from Fu. You can only do this as a Saiyan so it can't be unlocked by other races. The mission should make Fu take you to the GT era where goku swallows the dragonball etc. Then you have to fight all saiyans in ssj4 form to unlock it then wish it from shenron as a 2 step process. The transformation itself should be animated like brolys except you swallow the dragonball and then change into ssj4. The form should also be like brolys transformation so when you turn into it you can't revert back to normal or be stamina broken out of it. The top outfit and head accessory should also disappear when you transform into ssj4. Let me know your thoughts on my idea for it. Ps. Add custom auras toooo lol Thx for reading

I'm not gonna give numbers to values, because I feel other people can do that better than I can. That being said, I can provide a way for CACs to gain access to the Awoken Skill *Step 1:* Have max friendship with Bardock and Vegeta. This is because Bardock is responsible for (or at the very least credited for) coming up with the Power Ball in the first place, and Vegeta has been shown to use that same technique *Step 2:* Talk to Bardock. The game will tell you to have a chat with Bardock if you log in with a Saiyan CAC, who will then note that you want to learn how to go SSJ4 (although likely with different phrasing, such as "wanting to combine Great Ape with Super Saiyan). He'll then say that you'll need to let your eyes absorb enough Blutz Waves to undergo the Great Ape transformation, and that you'll likely need to absorb more Blutz Waves than the average Saiyan due to your lack of a tail (for simplicity's sake, that dialogue will still play even if you have your CAC equip the Saiyan Tail accessory). He'll then mention the Power Ball and that you'll need to talk to Vegeta if you want to make use of that power, which leads to... *Step 3:* Talk to Vegeta. Notably, the mentor version and not the Vegeta you'll find at Capsule Corp. He'll note that Bardock sent you and that you need to make use of the Power Ball technique to undergo half the requirements to undergo the SSJ4 transformation. He'll be shocked to learn that you'd willingly subject yourself to the Great Ape transformation, and inform you of the risk of that transformation (notably the lack of being conscious in that form, among other risks. Could slide in a cheeky reference to Yajirobe lopping off his own tail). He'll then note the determination in your eyes and agree to teach you to control the Great Ape form (how that'll work, I have no clue; I'll be fine with the training being essentially off camera). Afterwards, he'll teach you the Power Ball technique, saying that it's a move that elites like himself can learn and that you show enough promise to actually use it. *Step 4:* Battle with SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta. This battle will be how you "unlock" the form, much like the Saiyan Awakening thing that gives you access to Super Saiyan. Only difference here is that you'll need to send up the Power Ball yourself and "Burst open and mix!" the Great Ape's power with that of Super Saiyan And that's how I would implement SSJ4

Basically wish upon the dragon to regrow your tail, and then do a training with gt vegeta where he uses the blutz wave machine so you both turn into ssj4. Would be cool.
