I made scenarios too with my neighbor when we played it. We'd have information written on notebooks with level and it would determine how we could boost up the character. We'd go out to train and recruit characteres into our 'military.' Then we'd fight each other for locations in the DB Universe and fight overpowered NPCs when they threatened the universe. They'd get Picolo and I'd choose Gohan. I'd usually get Goku and they'd get Vegeta. x'D

Ah yes, making up scenarios... My favorite being Future Gohan vs Cooler, my headcanon will always think of those two as bitter rivals.

And I hope we don't have to pay 30 bucks for a Monaka DLC or something like that :')

This is coming out so late and only after a fanmade project called itself "Tenkaichi 4," frankly I'm convinced they're only making this to have an iron-clad case for shutting down the mod. Not that they needed one, they technically could've shut it down at any time, but this reeks of the "stop the fangame, produce a worse product, make money off of all the people we fooled, laugh at the complaints" strategy.

I would wake up in the middle of the night during school days to try to unclock the rest of the characters missing for the game, my mom would catch me and be like “why are you up playing right now !? You have school in a few hours go back to sleep !!” Lol

Oh the roster will be massive.... IF you pay ofc. We already know half of the characters on the roster are going to be a dlc... this ish kinda ruined it for me. We can still hope that they make atleast 70% of the roster playable..

Tenkaichi 2 and 3 had SO many characters especially 3, so they have big shoes to fill. It MUST have a big roster (bigger than Xenoverse 2 and way WAY more than FighterZ for example)

The story mode fights were so much cooler than in Xenoverse. Also very excited for fast paced combo gameplay to come back, was so underwhelmed with the Xenoverse games

"Most exceptional combo system" Ah yes, the incredibly deep combos of Square-Triangle, Square-Square-Triangle, Square-Square-Square-Triangle, Square-Square-Square-Square-Triangle, and Square-Square-Square-Square-Square-Triangle, occasionally mixed up by tossing a random DirectionalInput+Circle command and chasing with R1 whenever one of the basic combos caused a knockback. Look, I freaking love Tenkaichi 3, but it's about as deep as picking up two action figures and smashing them together.

While the combos themselves were the same every character had different animations, speeds and power that made them all feel unique. I loved playing as Burter cuz of how ridiculously fast his punches and kicks were.

@@CoralCopperHead Yeah, the combos aren't what made Tenkaichi so fun, but the combat system is still pretty in depth for an arena fighter. Lots of counters, strategies and techniques that are character specific. Some of the inputs require a decent amount of game knowledge, even if they are all taught through the in-game tutorial. Z-counters, perfect hits, sonic sway, etc.
