It's sad how this arc gets discredited sometimes because of the narration. Like it's not the series' fault that some people's ego is so fragile, they get hurt by explanations (despite them being obvious)

Sorry for the minor spoilers, but you're there already likely. The biggest casuality for sure is the staircase, having so much screentime was a huge red flag

HxH Chimera Ant arc is one of the very few shows that make using a narrator a good thing. It actually enhances the experience putting us in the psychy of the characters in a poetic way. It just makes every decision made by a character so much cooler

this episode is so good, also the voice of Zeno sayin "DRAGON DIVE" with a sligh echo gets me so damn hyped up every time, same with the first attack by Netero. Worth noting tho, Pitou couldn't really react in time, but she basically didn't take any damage.

Before I even watch let me just point out that at his slowest when he finished up in the mountains he could do 4 of those prayer punches in 1 second. It is the only motion he has that has higher speed than pitou, he can't really do much damage to him/her which is insane

He can most definitely damage Pitou no problem. In fact, i think Netero could take on Youpi and Pitou at the same time. They are slower and weaker than the king, less durable and not as smart. They'd probably never figure out a way to reach him and just get pummeled to death.
