It is a different perspective because you have the land and drive to have a beautiful and producive farm but for the small farmers na nakiki farming lamang is a different story mga sirs! But your information is a big help for them in term of approach to modern farming! I think what you can do more is to have the initiative to connect with the government to have some technical person to go and conduct training, offering seeds/ mga punla, cultivating farms sa mga farflung areas which is still practicing old way of farming! Suggestion lang po mga sirs!

Maganda po ang naging usapan related to farm management including the personnel management. I can relate to Mr. Elmer because I have just started a 3 hectar kalamansi farm ( about a year ago) organically in Caranglan, Nueva Ecija. We share the same idea about soil management like mimicking a forest so I have grasses on my farm, basically for better water retention (specially during summer). My farm is also on the mountain side so water management is a challenge where right now I'm pumping from the river. Isa din po akong fruit selller, so maybe one day I can buy from you Mr Elmer. Mabuhay po kayo Mr. Elmer and more power to Mr. Buddy.

I visited some dragon fruit farms in South America, but the harvest/ha/year is much bigger than mentioned here. I wonder if it’s because the typhoons or low quality fruit. Anyway it makes more confident to implement a dragon fruit farm.
