[ Raid nest ] is a featured PVE mainstay in the Dragon Nest, With a party of at least 5 people or a maximum of 8 people is a condition to enter Raid nest. But the difficulty of Raid Nest is not only located in the number of HP Boss Bar in each stage but must have Strategy and knowledge of Raid nest.

Before the Dragon Raid Era: Level 40: The Character Academic was released before Sea Dragon Nest. Level 50: All Characters have 2nd specialization jobs before Green Dragon Nest. Level 60: The Character Kali was released and all characters can have Level 60 ex skills before Desert Dragon Nest. Level 70: The Character Assassin was released and all characters can have Level 70 ex skills before Black Dragon Nest. Level 80: The Character Lancea and first Spinoff class for warrior, Dark Avenger was released and all characters except D.A. can have Level 80 ex skills before Red Dragon Nest. Level 90: The Character Machina and the new Spinoff class for Archer, Silver Hunter was released and all characters (including Spinoff classes) have instant skills that they learn before Ice Dragon Nest. Level 93: The Spinoff class for Cleric, Arch Heretic and Spinoff class for Sorceress, Black Mara was released and all characters (except Spinoff classes) have now awakening skills before Rune Dragon Nest. Oh man. Those were the times. When you actually had to do quests for levels and when there still was nest equipment, not only raid ones. You could upgrade your rare stuff, making jewels not just a nuisance in your inventory and it took ages to get the right potentials on your equipment. I miss those times. Back then leveling up and getting stuff was a journey and there was always something to look forward to. Now it's just: get to 95 asap, because you can't do sh*t until then and then have fun gearing up, especially in the beginning To quote the famous poet and philosopher Angry Video Game Nerd: "What were they thinking?!"

I said it above in answwer to another comment. but ill say it here too xD there is a pseerver 60 cap low rate in south america, called DNBR... You can find it at @dragnestbr the nostalgia is real! they will update to 70 cap between feb-march

Sea dragon HC was cleared worldwide in 40 cap by literally 2 parties. No one in KR/SEA/China cleared SDN HC in 40 cap, only EU did after they were stuck with 40 cap extremly long. Imo both Sea dragon and Red dragon nest were harder then DDN by a lot especially Sea dragon.

INA and JP did cleared SDN HC on lv 40 cap too but they had the nerfed stats, on that account CDN first clear on DDN took absurd 8 hours long, since back then oasis didn't fully heal you and that was MP problem level cap so after clearing each boss they just sit around until their MP recovered. That looks extremely exhausting on top of dealing with mechanics that have very little margin of error

Simple story velskud die at main story lvl60 by rose hand. Rose give black dragon jewel to feder(already have half red dagon jewel) feder attack saint haven with black dragon power and got what he want form king casius and will attack saint haven again after it got re-build .he cant attack saint haven because the king casius send heroes(your chara) to attack him before he lay a hand on saint haven again with argenta help. Rubinart & velskud doesn't have nest

Velskud firts then feder then velskud again but velskud in human form (not corrupted)

First it was velskud then snacthed and the jewel used by feder, you snatch it back during the saint haven defense and feder used his red dragon jewel

Maybe I can give you a little information about Black Dragon. The Black Dragon you fight in Nest is... Feder. If you follow the main quest level 50-60, you will see that Rosalinde stole Velsqud Jewel and hand it over to Feder. At this point, Velsqud is no longer a Black Dragon anymore. When he's dying in extra main quest level 60, your character give him a new jewel after defeating Jasmine. Feder ultimately has 2 dragon jewel's in his body, the Black Dragon and Red Dragon and he attacked the old Saint Haven.

I really miss the lv40 cap. Times that before going to Sea Dragon, we packed things up for hours and collecting people we need for the raid.

Whhhyyyyyyyyyyyyyy? Now in 95 cap... I still couldn't kill any red dragon, ice dragon or rune dragon And when I started the game, there are no more sea ,green and desert dragon nests.... They were only quests... That solo player can easily pass...

Maybe your char is not good enough, maybe you should upgrade all your items & all equipment above +12 ..... heraldry + talisman, your Jade and more must be you upgrade

Heh, I remember karahan was actually harder than his Dragon form, mainly because Green Dragon doesn't have wipe mechanics that can be screwed by one person, if I close my eyes I can vividly remember "STACK ON RED BOBO!" before I got chokeslammed and Karahan use ice attack instead.

The mechs were too unforgiving for gdn ddn and bdn esp ddn. Well actually the developers tried to balance the game but they removed the old nests which was their only mistake which I can say as of now that most of these nests are back with new mechs. Also no more class discrimination and way less grindy compared to 60 70 cap and nests are much more rewarding.

SDN was the hardest for me *im looking at you 40 cap* Well the only hard thing about RDN is S3 and S5 DDN is also hard but not as bad as SDN on 40 cap

It depends from server... Red dragon HC had very few clear counts worldwide + on some servers Jasmine wasn't doing all mechanics while Jasmine was actually hard with them. SDN was by far hardest... to a point SDN HC was literally cleared worldwide by just 2 parties on 40 cap.

Ah back at when dragon nest was as badass as it supposed to be It's kind of pissed me off the fact that they just keep reusing the same roar from ddn and the others afterward instead making an original one for each like gdn and sdn not like the roar sounds bad but I mean you can clearly feel the laziness from there 😑
