This quest is found in Havens Above on the back tier called the Place of Legends. Speak with the quest owner a watcher to start. You have to obtain Erdwin's bracelet. This item will power up the Hero's sword, a must for the final end boss battle. The item can be found in the Cruel Crypt Lower Level. Follow the video guide for the exact location. Once you get the item needed you zoom head back Havens Above and speak with the quest owner to complete the task and receive your reward.
