this movie inspired me back in elementary to take martial arts which trained me to become much disciplined... I owe this movie ... it's awesome

Kung Fu Hustle, Volcano High, Storm Riders, Storm Warriors, are a few I can think of that are like this film.

Oh my god this movie was and is so slept on. I remember watching this movie YEARS ago and looking back on it, it definitely is full of action movie cheese but it still holds up with nearly every single one of the fight scenes.

People saying it's not realistic. No martial art movies I've seen is realistic. And this one is not too unrealistic compared to all I've seen. They still use real martial arts' moves. Actually only one or two moves here are impossible.

I wish that there´s another one like this even tough people these days are much more in robots and mutants I still think the pure kung fu coreoghraphy with some new ideas always makes good movies, it doenst really matter if the storyline is simple, is way better than do some tragical crap, so action based with a few touch moments are what we need, because I grew up with jackie chan , bruce lee and jet li movies

Years back before this movie,i thought Donnie was d best person to be cast as Wong Siew Fu who's a kick specialist & also d main lead of Long Fu Mun manga comic...But Donnie was Wong Siew Long instead...Love d way Nunchaku was displayed ,just hope for more of it...D back thrust kick through above d table as epic though :D
