I like both, but the first one for it's time was way ahead, and I really wish the second had that beautiful layered system of equipment, i love the story in the second one better, the graphics ofc are better but that's a matter of time lol, i like both of them i think Dragon's dogma are like no other games, you don't get games like these anywhere, 1 or 2 it really doesn't matter who's better they're both dragon's dogma and we can't complain.

the story of the 1 and skills were better in a lot of aspect, i like the 2, but it's an incomplete game, it doesn't even have the everfall last dungeon of DD1 base game.

Dd2 has much better physics, sounds effects, npc interactions and combat

how is unmoored world not better than everfall? aside from less armor, loot, consumables, and skill slots literally everything else is a huge improvement. not to mention how much better enemy AI is even if there isn't many new enemies it's all a huge overhaul. just imagine how in depth dlc will be if it's anything like or bigger than dark arisen

@Tigerhearty nah i just actually played and remember that after killing evil eye a lot of the chambers are just single room boss fights. unmooredworld could have obvious been very ambitious and much better than what we got. but to say 15 chamber everfall most of which is single rooms being better than unmoored is a really weird sentiment

Why don't you have the background music on in the first game? The music is far better in the first game. Luckily the sequel has an option to use the soundtrack from DD1 instead. Switched to that as soon as I reached ng+. :)
