There’s a similar thing at a small restaurant near me in the United States. It’s like 3 guys that own the place and it’s ALWAYS busy, the difference is you get a wrist band and it monitors how much (and what) you pour, and you check out at the end. Doesn’t take the owners away from customers and food preparation.

That answers my big question about this, the liability. I know here in the states bars can be held responsible for over serving and held liable if there is an accident after the over intoxicated person leaves their bar. So I was curious how they'd monitor and cut people off if its self serve.

right? Its weird to think how far we've come. Part of the reason we have what we have now is because several people have tried the same thing and failed, or they didn't get it "quite" right even if the idea itself was fantastic. I think that's what makes inventing a huge gamble, you could have a great idea but if technology isn't advanced enough yet or if the world isn't ready for it, it might not work out.

The problem some people have is they don't want to pitch their product for what it is. They pitch it for what they think or hope it's going to be. So they overvalue the company If you had treated the product for what it is in a stage it was at they probably would have been more interested to make him a deal But this is an overvalued prototypical product so no matter how good of an idea it might be, by lacking humility about where the product is at you've cost yourself an investment you probably would have gained. Which is why I think a lot of them recognize that he's probably going to have success but it's just not going to happen with them on board at this valuation

She's not even in this clip. Stop fishing for likes. You lot have ruined the meme. Jenny actually made more deals than a lot of dragons and is worth over 50 million.

Quite an unlikable chap in his communication, starting sentences with "look" and ending then with "ok", it's just a bit aggressive and pushy.
