Of all the people that walked into the Den I can't say that I would 've expected these 2 to make Peter drop down 10% when he wasn't initially willing to budge an inch...

The investment didn't go through, the founders rejected it later on, which was indeed a smart decision. Tim Williams (teeth) said in an interview that we didn't see the percentage was fair and we decided to take things slow and move on, their company turned over 9Million in revenue

Never seen this one before, fair play to the tall guy in his negotiations with Peter, i know this was 10 years ago but i bet he has definitely achieved a lot since then.

Just FYI it seems they turned down the offer after the show and went on to evolve the business into YR Live, who print custom merchandise at events around the world for brands like Levi's and Ralph Lauren, with 'make your own' custom T-Shirt stations and designs by award winning tattoo artists which you can get from shops in major cities. They now have offices in London, New York and Tokyo. Amazing they couldn't see the potential in this business!

The guy " hold on a minute " stood his ground very nicely indeed. I wish they tried to persuade them to just go to about 15% each when they pay them off, this one seems usually the most viable for both parties instead of just giving away stiff 40%.

It would be interesting to see the dragons putting forward blind bids to see how radically different they are without the influence of other offers

Looking into this one they didn't take the investment and have grown it to a $9million business - simply called YR. They have worked with some big brands and seem to continue to do so. I remember seeing this one on TV, glad they turned down what was quite an aggressive offer!

Fully rate that guy. Dragons tried taking the absolute piss here. They love talking about how the entrepreneurs valuations are disrespectful but they try it on with the entrepreneurs all the time in negotiations. Absolute mockery and I'm glad the guy stood his ground.

Isn't this basically a Smartboard projector? Which has already been invented for a long time, with an attached tray to store digital pens (and digital eraser brushes to swipe creations away), these of which are interpreted by the screen only via the "pressed" movement of them against it when drawing/writing, and is used in at least Canadian schools as far as I know. But ya, the spray can, which can actually be interpreted by the screen from even a distance like a remote control, is really the only unique selling point of the whole thing, and it should be made to become adaptable with all devices that already exist

I made similar homebrew tech back in the day. It's basically a stripped-down Nintendo Wii controller, an XBOX Kinect, and a generic screen, attached to a Windows XP device. The demo probably took an hour to code. Deb's "spray can" kept running out because she held it too close to the screen, and kept it pointed downwards, so the Kinect couldn't see the IR light from the Wii controller. You have to stand a couple of feet away for it to work and even then it's not a fun way to use a screen.

They reshaped a stylus into a spray can and reskinned MS Paint.

It's the kind of thing you would find on a cruise ship in a children's play room. What they should have made is a cheap portable projector that works with the spray can. So spray any where.

For me the problem I'm seeing with the software is that the drawing does not look enough like spraycan art. It looks too much like windows draw kids quality.
