In fairness to Drake, what he’s saying at 2:12 is that Kendrick is talking smoke right now, but he’s always claimed that he’s not on anything. So for Kendrick to be saying he's 'snatching chains and burning tattoos' in Like That, Drake is essentially saying he's contradicting the claim that he's a good kid, and he's only really on stuff when his boys are deya; which Kendrick has said himself in one of his song The Art of Peer Pressure, which is one of my favourite Kendrick tunes, that 'isn't it ironic cos I've never been violent until I'm with the homies'. Drake ain't really on anything so it isn't necessarily the best person for it to come from but the sentiment stands I guess
