Btw, don’t know if you read comments on older videos, but you ended the last Power Rangers video on issue 3 with the team entering Drakkon’s home world. You skipped to Issue 5 instead of covering issue 4. Also issues 7-8 of Power Rangers was skipped in this video too

I love the comics but SPD wouldn't have existed in the 90s and we knew that before Once A Ranger so the writers dropped the ball here. Now with Once A Ranger we know SPD wasn't formed until at least 2023 but before 2025 so SPD was most likely established is 2024 after SPA. We also know Adam and Aisha are founders of SPA. But even without Once a Ranger we know SPD is new in 2025 because aliens have only been on earth as civilians for 3 years. Crugar also so he was in the first SPD and his wife was taken by Grumm who turned out to be alive still as a prisoner at the end of SPD, i doubt she would have been fine after 30 years of imprisonment. This was just the writers really wanting SPD involved but not doing it naturally.

This comic isn't canon to the show nor does it take place in the 90s. SPD was also not founded on earth so nothing you said makes any sense at all.

Yes the comics take place during the 90s, also yes SPA was founded on earth. SPA becomes SPD down the road around 2024. No these are not canon to the show but they still try to stay in the lore as well as possible. It's not their fault, SPA wasn't established until Once and Always. Though it was clear in SPD that SPD was not that old. Crugar started Space Patrol Delta after Space Patrol Alpha, but Space Patrol Alpha wasn't made until 2022. Even in the show it was pretty clear SPD was fairly new. Which is why even though Crugar technically started SPD, even he has bosses. Again not their fault about not knowing about SPA because that's new information but SPD never pretended to be extremely old. I mean did you really think Grum held Crugar's wife for over 30 years? (I did keep saying Once a Ranger, I meant Once and Always) Sorry I'm the ultimate PR fan, I even named my daughters Kendrix and Kendall. I mean you do know Adam and Aisha founded SPA which in turn becomes SPD right? That's been made pretty clear. I mean it's called Space Patrol Alpha, when was the last time we saw Alpha? With Adam, who it seems repaired his own Morpher so him founding SPA is extremely appropriate. (Adam is my personal favorite ranger)
