Skin looks AMAZING, Dr Alexis. Please can you give us a rundown of your treatment protocol for yourself? I.e. how often you'll do a course of chemical peels in a year, followed by a course of microneedling etc. I'd love to know.

I got this and have used it twice now. First time was painful as I’m a newbie at micro needling but used it again two nights ago and I can see changes in my skin. Stubborn under the skin acne is smoothening out, tightening of skin, skin has a glow. Early days yet but hoping for more improvement as I continue using my Qure kit.

I'm always careful to microneedle with multiple devices and in a certain order so that I don't spread the black dots I get on my cheeks to other parts of my face. When I first started microneedling I used just one stamp per session and this led to spreading of this condition. Now I use one stamp on my undereye and forehead, then use another on the rest of my face starting with my jaw area on both sides and working up to my cheekbones. I do the area with the spots last.

I know this is off topic from what this video is about. May you do a video or provide tips on good body washes? Or even what ingredients to look for in a bar soap or body wash. Also what ingredients to stay clear of in a bar soap or body wash. Love the content and education that you have been using your platform for.

I got RF PRP microneedling last year, and I’m doing it again this year. I had a lesser invasive microneedling treatment but I’m sticking to that one. The texture on my cheeks is a lot better. Pores less visible. An acne scar is a little flatter.

Dermapen is my favourite.. my dermatologist does it in her clinic😊 I can’t imagine trying to do it at home😱

Apparently my black esthetician I used to see did this wrong because my micro needling experience was extremely painful. I was shocked to hear Dr. Stephens say women were actually seeking this treatment out. I would have to work my way up to ever trying this again due to the traumatic experience.

Great video Alexis. Love all your content. Yesterday I had secret RF micro needling done. I was writhing in pain on the table with each pass of the gun. She saw I was in such pain but didn't acknowledge it or offer to do more numbing, etc. She spread some cream on me when I first got on the table and then started 15 minutes later. No plastic saran wrap or anything, wow it hurt soooo much. Is this normal and is this how it works if I were to get MORE treatments done? Or did I get a bad & uncaring provider? Because if that is normal, I won't ever have it done again.
