LGK Rd 2 from Rowrah in Cumbria sees drama, incidents and action throughout!
After three years of Comments being turned off by KZfaq to "protect minors", they have finally been turned back on! How intense … it was hard to watch, even more so that it’s my Nephew who won …. What an amazing race ..in the worse conditions you could imagine …. Congratulations Jack and what a great achievement for all the drivers to do so well racing in these conditions 🏁🏁

Had one of these races at my club last Sunday. It was great fun! 2 guys wisely put rain tires on and destroyed everyone lol

As a racer and a track marshal this was a great race !! Its more fun behind the the wheel than holding a flag ! Even got hit once . Forgot to factor in that wets and brakes mean nothing on wet grass. . Was walking backwards just not fast enough !! Oh when seen driver the next round I apologized to the driver for making them mad enough to run me over !!😀.

Honestly , I would like to see all car races with this level of grip. As Bernie said, in his legendary half tongue-in-cheek style, "every F1 track should have water sprinklers". IMO, modern tyres has too much grip capability for racing. Bike racing has the luck of having a natural low grip limit due to its physical format.

Its not easy ! Have done the spin and win !!! Once did a race on slicks and it was snowing !! As a track marshal have seen some great races ! One guy went with slicks on a really wet track . Spun on warm up lap . Then spun on lap 1 ! Was 3 kart lengths from a win ! I love our sport !
