+Wendy H I'd look at it objectively. Someone made a mistake and there were no major consequences, then probably drove off in a panic. Sure they fucked up, but they didn't intend to do anyone any harm, so I'd tell my wife that shit happens and to get over it.

So there should be some investigation going on, because he might just try it again! And the legal system also doesn't give 2 shits about whether or not somebody is upset, unless you can prove that she was absolutely traumatized by this experience. he clearly said she spoke to the woman then the woman obviously saw she was ok as she didnt hit her even slightly hard enough to feel a thing as she was unaware which by the way if you hit somone as hard to give them a dead leg youd feel it in a 4x4 let alone the little car she was probably in so that proves how lightly she was hit also backed up by the fact there was no mark women like to over exaggerate everything for sympathy what were you expecting for her to wait round till she stopped crying? no no harm done so off she went the law is the law what do you expect her to have gone to jail or pay a fine for not doing anything ? would of been a different story had the baby been harmed or if her leg had been broken or even a cut was on her leg or stomach but no it didnt go that way.

Of course she should have waited around for a bit! He said his wife was very upset when she went to speak to the woman who hit her and that the woman didn't even ask if she was okay. If you hit someone with your car you at least apologize and ask if they are okay if you can help etc instead of just driving away. Some people just have no human decency left I guess.. I honestly hope no one is involved in any accident with you if you think what she did is entirely okay..

i just think you have a lot of growing up to do and this is the real world so get used to it i didnt say what she did was ok i dont want to shot you in stereo types but you are kind of doing what most women do and putting words into peoples mouths i said what she did wasnt a crime in no way shape or form and im not saying i was there but from what preach said the evidence speaks for itself in which she probably was over exaggerating a lot as there wasnt even a mark and she was just a bit panicky that something happened to the baby im sorry that you live in a dream world but if i tapped a pregnant women with my car so lightly that i wasnt even aware anythings touched my car baring in mind you can hear even a pat on the back of your car very loud and clear and she comes round screaming and wailing and i saw she was ok and there was no way anything could of happened i wouldnt get out the car because id be the problem and reason why shes crying and wouldnt be able to comfort her so knowng everythings ok id just go try punching someone randomly then trying to comfort them maybe one day youll wake up and realise not everything is roses and bunnys

Honestly I'm not here to argue with you, but you made it seem like what she did was a normal reaction, when I personally don't think it should be. Also I do live in the real world I just like to believe most people have some kindness and would do what could be considered morally right in this situation.
