When you rubbed your sponge with concealer and foundation on it into that Jouer powder I think you probably hard-panned it... If you take a piece of tape and push it onto the powder, it should take off the hard pan powder. It might take a couple tries, but it works.

Those 'Jelly Much' eyeshadows are much more vibrant straight on the lid. They're really glossy looking and beautiful. On top of concealer is not the way to do it.
