Fun Fact: The acid and enzymes inside our stomach breaks down the food we are eating and cleanses the body. You don't need a juice to do that. *Disclaimer: I am just saying that for the young viewers who get influence easily.

Ivanna T not really, we get more energy from the food than we need to break it down. Our bodies are made to constantly digest food so it isn’t necessary to give them a break. But to each their own, I have heard some great things about juice cleanses

Shitty nutritional advice and misconceptions about nutrition from uneducated and non qualified people like yourself it’s what leads people to danger.

You don't. If you do them often you have higher risk to develop diabeties. In juices there is as much sugar as in the fruits and veggies it's made from. But the sugar in juices and smoothies is absorbed very quickly and you get really drastic changes in your blood sugar levels. You should drink just 1 glass of fresh juice a day if you want to be healthy - you get the vitamins but not many sugar rushes

Skylee Higginson this confused me at first too! But i looked it up and when you drink coffee black it doesn’t effect your juice cleanse because the biggest benefits come from not eating solids, and there are basically zero calories, (so therefore carbs fats or proteins) in it so you can even drink it black while fasting without effect

Just remember that you don't need to 'detox' or whatever. Your liver does it for you. Juice is great because it's high in vitamins, but it has virtually no fiber to keep you full, and is full of sugar, so will spike your insulin. I'd recommend, rather than doing a juice cleanse for a day, eating only whole fruits and vegetables for a day- you get more fiber, so you'll be more full, it's way cheaper, and higher in micronutrients and protein

Hey hey pssssttttt always wash your clothes before you wear them!! I work at a big mall store that's ~for goths~ and rhymes with um Tot Hopic and OFTEN we get clothes in to put on the racks that are soaking wet and stinky with chemicals that they soak them in for shipping so that mice and stuff don't nest in the boxes and whatever and we are told to just keep them in back hung up until they dry and then put them out lololol I NEVER wear things without washing them first anymore cuz ew I don't want whatever the chemicals are leeching through my skin 😐😐 But yeah thanks for coming to my ted talk
