I clubbed alot in my 20's and if I would've seen this wise attractive man I would've been GETTING DOWN with him and my friends! Ageism is utterly pathetic. I've gotten age shamed at 30 years old! Its insane! Lets live our best lives now friends while we can!

Despite raging inside, he still shows compassion and forgiveness, which is why he asked for the entire staff to be assembled the next morning in order to teach them the right way of becoming a human, rather than just firing them.

I'm not a club person, never have been but even in this day and age the elderly are being treated disrespectfully by the younger generation when it's the elderly that paved the way for they to have a easier time to receive the enjoyments that they have now. We still know how to treat others, conduct ourselves appropriately and respect when we ourselves are not respected. everyone has their time and time will have everyone. Just keep living! Thanks for this wonderful story.

If the top is rotten, the sewage all flows downhill from ther and all aspects smell and are covered with smelly muck. The actor that plays the father reminds me of 5 time Emmy nominated and 2 time winner, Daniel J Travanti. It had an old man nearly driven out his Club, ill-mannered, ruffian staff, a spoilt, unemployed Son, who wants the old man out ( without even realising that it's his own Dad), a goon to get rid of the old man! The episode has its humour too with goon drinking the (laced) drink meant for the old man! The whole episode was nuts!

Because of how these young men, including the owner's son, are discriminating against this elderly gentleman at this nightclub, they are are completely ignorant that if they live out a normal life span and do not meet an untimely death because of something like a bad accident, a violent crime, or an incurable disease. Then they will live to become elderly men and experience age discrimination, as a taste of their own medicine! For example, when I had my adolescent years in the early 1970's, young people back then said "Don't trust anyone over 30!" Then before I knew it, I turned 30 in 1986. As the saying goes "Youth is wasted on the young."

Why does the club owner look and sound like rumpelstiltskin from shrek 💀

I laugh 😂 at people who are too quick to judge others just because they are in so called high place of authority 😂😂😂🙌

Awesome film and very well-acted. I used to work at a nightclub but the policy was the exact opposite. The owners whenever they saw an older man or woman gave them always priority not because they loved them or something but because they thought that old people will give the club more prestige. Friends of mine from other clubs told me the same, but we are not from the UK maybe the culture on how to treat old people is different there.

Had that old man not been the manager's father, he would have been kicked out with disrespect ⛲

Respect for the elderly should be a priority, they didn't ask for crippling arthritis that makes every step feel like hell or dementia that takes away their memory and robs them of their golden years. OMG! I'm in my 60s now, and I'm planning on going to a dance club with techno music and dancing like a maniac. I went to a club a couple of years ago and was very disappointed by how lifeless the dance floor was. People used to dance a lot when I was younger. I used to dance for four straight hours.

It's disturbing how low these villains are willing to sink to get what they want.

This "dad" should have closed the establishment. And obviously he came from outer space. Because his "son" is lacking propper education.

I own a part of my family's company. But, before, I also trained as a meatcutter, rich area, expensive place. Cashier went to the bathroom, so I rang up this woman's purchase. The look she gave me, like I was trash. My day was over, we both left at the same time. Her into her Honda, or whatnot, me into a Mercedes Benz, flagship series. The look she gave then was priceless.

I was taught to always treat anyone and I mean anyone older than me with respect and dignity. I have installed that into my boys aswell. I have had so many comments about how well mannered my sons are. I can die happy knowing I atleast got that right.

I am glad that the father chose to work on ways to straighten the place up. It is true that there are some places in this world that wants to play stupid by thinking they can go and impose upper age limits even in dining establishments. And they know that is illegal. Public places don't have the authority to discriminate in any shape or form.

Everyone deserves to dance, including the senior citizen. The staff was being rude to the senior citizen, saying that he needs a reservation. This mistreatment will reach HR, the bouncer and manager will be fired for discrimination!! This is too much!!
