As far as I know, Draper don't have any of their own manufacturing, so they are likely a rebrand from another manufacturer, unless they are having them made as a special. They used to rebrand Elora spanners at one point, but these don't look like Elora to me. I do use open ended spanners quite a bit. I have also found that as self employed, I don't have a site workshop to rely on anymore, so need to be more self sufficient and therefore tend to carry more tools now.
