I spent several years towing gliders in Australia and New Zealand. Have spent a lot of time examining their attitude to towing gliders of course, and safety procedure. On the whole most glider pilots are very maticulous. Don't often see cowboys.I would hope in the future the glider pilots are made mandatory to ride the tow plane, so as they can experiece my problems !! The Piper Pawnee is a great work horse. One needs to be a lot more careful in the British Tiger Moth is getting a little long in the tooth, The DH82a must be flown with the ball in the center at all times.A Tabitian prayer wheel is also useful!!!!

Flying up side down kills a lot of lift also.

I've done exactly this but when flying los, it's quite scarey at first but as long as the model is built for aerobstics and you keep the speed under control it's fine and fun. A couple of models were not up to it though basically because the servo push rods couldn't take the forces when I let the speed get too high and control was lost, I recovered by using the throttle a tiny bit to open folding props and also by pulling out inverted but one model the canopy came off with the force of inverted pull out followed by the battery lol, did a lot of damage , I never found the battery pack ( a123 lifepo4 2650 pack so not cheap ) and the canopy ended up as a toy for the unfriendly farmers guard dogs lol.

I always tell Ppl , dont keep your wing level if you want to descend
