Huge Safe Found While Magnet Fishing in Liverpool
Here is a playlist of all the superbikes i have found magnet fishing • Weapons Found Magnet F...
So we revisited Liverpool to magnet fish the rest of the area and we started from Albert docks going up the 5 lock gate staircase and carried on through Bootle.
I fished with the Manchester Magnet Men and they had a guest appearance from the CHICKEN MAN who was hilarious and kept us entertained throughout the day which took our mind off magnet fishing in the rain.
It wasnt long before we found a HUGE safe was was rediculously heavy due to it being full of water, we also found motorbike parts which we believe was stolen but there is no way of knowing.
we always find stolen safes while magnet fishing uk canals and there seems to be alot around the liverpool area.

That was a great moment, although as soon as I saw the water squirter working I thought "gotta keep that for washing down the paths" I suppose it could all be seen as the same thing 🤣🤣 cleaning up the canals and the streets with a grappling hook and a super squirter

Man it's crazy all of the stuff you find in those canals. Kind of makes me wish I had canals here to magnet fish. It seems like it is pretty nice being that low and close to the water. My usual fishing spot is about as close to a canal as I am likely to find but the water is lower and I generally have to contend with pulling objects out and then up over handrails. Great job and as always I enjoy your videos.

G, a true story, in 1958 the Montecello damn was completed, and the small town near the base of the 300 ' tall damn was eventually flooded to about 125'. From time to time the water goes down and the town gets closer to the top so people dive in the general store and 4-5 houses, gas station, etc. One home owner set up a dinning table with plates, silver ware, and two dummie skelatons. I dove the general store in 2001, just for fun. What a huutie(fun) time.

I'm good thank you recently went fishing in Bilston, Wolverhampton but went to a really shallow canal so couldn't find that much apart from a opened safe, a bike and a coin dating back to 1968

Amazes me how much is actually in these canals, I’d be very interested to see what you would pull out if you were to have a go in the ship canal, might need a 100ft rope though, it’s pretty deep 😂

We use to drag the Manchester ship canal rite down by the lock gates into mersey! Just opposite VAUXHALL'S CAR PLANT.there use to be a huge dirt bike and off roader track that run down along the manny loadsa stolen motorcycles and cars went in the back in the day.we only had home made grappling hooks but we still got bikes out! An its effin DEEP LOL.🤪😜👍

Eels are a good sign. People believe they only live in dirty water but in fact they don't tolerate dirty, polluted water at all. That was a decent size too so it indicates that water is in pretty good shape (apart from the junk in there!)

Me too... sort of anyhow. Around 1980 I accompanied my step brother and his family to DC, where t hey were returning to a friend's home to pick up some things before heading back to SoCal where they lived. He was in the Navy at the time. We even went to watch the movie, Raising the Titanic. Very kewl. Anyhow, we went fishing in the Potomac River and he pulled out an eel. It was trying to wrap itself around his arm, but eventually it was released and it's head was smashed. Nasty critters to be near. We even saw Air Force One ready to take off from a landing pad. Also very kewl to witness, esp in the evening hours with lights glaring and all.

@@drasticg the most hilarious part to me was I was thinking that a come along would be perfect for you and then you flashed a picture of one you were getting. I don't know about huge cities but everyone I know actually owns one because we have bad weather and sometimes we have to get our vehicles back on the road and there won't be any help anytime soon. If you decide to winch especially with a wire rope winch use a blanket over the wire when pulling if the wire breaks and flails it can cut someone in half . With the blanket opened and placed over the wire the wire will get caught up in the blanket and not cut someones legs or head off.

Its really sad all the junk people have dumped over the years into the water, you guys are absolute hero's for the work you do and should be compensated by the city you do it in. A video I watched previously where you guy's were trying to pull something massive up and a weird guy across the channel acted odd, never saw if you actually got it up? you tied it off and kept trying it was too heavy. I also thought about how about make a ladder type frame that hooks to the edge of the stone channel that hangs over that you can winch up heavy objects?

@@drasticg thanks for reading my comment it looks like a lot of work trying to pull up such heavy objects I feel for you guys, I'm always looking for easier ways to do my commercial lawn cutting and now have machines that cut the work time or I would not be home now watching you at this moment.

@@drasticg over the past few months I've finally had a few Roman, Hammies and a Fibula. All have come back from the FLO except the Fibula, still waiting on it's return. Unfortunately they have all come from around Worchester area.

wow Liverpool seems to be very very dirty... why do people do this ? i just saw the south of england when we traveled on holiday over from germany and there it was so green, clean and wonderful. i can't believe what i see in your videos. dirt seems to be everywhere in the world... very nice channel ! i subscribed you

Thankyou for subscribing and many parts down south of England are clean apart from the river thames but from the midlands and higher is filthy brown but pollution and scrap are everywhere

I think alot of what it is was the North of England was much more industrialised during the Industrial Revolution as it was less suitable to agriculture, while the South was very suitable to Agriculture and so didn't industrialise nearly as much

That was a big catch, almost there was eel on the menu but you can possibly still eat the chicken. Too bad you could not get the safe above the water, you could have made a loop in the ropes that were stuck on the side and then could pull the rope through it then it might very well have been successful, but a hoist is coming so wait I'll finish until you get started with it. It would be nice if you would pull cars out of the water, with or without a corpse.
