Btw, always do fillets. No matter how strong the section is, you will get stress concentration at any concave sharp corner and it will eventually fail.

FYI use the strength setting in bambu slicer, slower printing is stronger printing. Fast printing will be weaker by a notable margin. As for layers, flat is best and distributes forces in the strongest axis. Carbon fiber nylon filament is one of the only filaments that has outstanding layer adhesion.

exactly my idea as well. would love to see if there are any performance gains and would love to see if the propellor is even quieter.

Would you recommend NOT printing with PA-CF? I noticed on the previous video you mentioned using Cf would be sketchy. I was curious as to why.

That was more of a safety concern than anything. When they explode (they will 😅) I wanted to make sure no one got hurt. If the CF held up, it could reach very high speeds before blowing apart while being very sharp, etc.. Having said that, I have a roll setting on my desk right now for the follow up video lol 🤘🏼
