Magnificent Becca. Love how you use that sponge to blend in the background first, must try that... and I love that you don't waste pencils, I'm surprised you don't use those pencil extenders or whatever they are called... seen them used but cant say I've seen them in the shops, but then you have so much more to choose from than we do in Oz

Absolutely Stunning! It's like watching a magic trick unfold before your very eyes, honestly if this video was an hour long I would have gladly have sat and watched it. I have been drawing for many years but watching your video has really made me stop and question my way of drawing and the bad habits I have (being too heavy handed with my pencil lines, starting a drawing but never seeing it through to completion) and there is more power in adopting the subtle approach, not just for the initial sketch but for adding colour too. Thankyou so much for helping me to (hopefully) becoming a better artist. I do realise there is a lot more in creating a drawing, planning and setting aside your colours is very important instead of just trying to wing it. You really have been an inspiration and I shall definitely be subscribing to your channel and watching your other videos. I wish you good health and may your videos help inspire others out there, God Bless ❤

@beccabarronart You're very welcome Becca, and Thankyou for taking the time to reply. It's a funny coincidence I watched your video of you drawing a monkey, and it's a monkey that I am actually working on at the moment...well it's Hanuman the Indian Monkey God, he is a favourite of mine as he is portrayed as a hybrid and they are so much fun to draw. I shall definitely be watching that again before and during the colouring in process, I'm sure I can pick up some useful tips. I take it you work full time as an artist, if you do I really envy you and others out there who can make a living doing what you love to do, that would be the ultimate goal, but for now it will have to stay a hobby which is fine. When you work a boring & mundane job a person's hobby can help them stay focused and not be too bogged down with depressing & negative thoughts....anyway I babble too much, Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, and YES I have become one of your Subscribers, always happy to support a fellow Brit, Take Care!
