@Patrick Miguel M. Andrade Ok first, the drawing he made is awesome! Second the movie the graphics are good( he is renowned for the amazing graphics) the story not the right one. The Actors was really good! this is not their fault for the story. But for someone who didn't read the books, the movie can be good. and lastly it is the first 3 books well two and an half because he skipped all the motorball ark. The explication will take a long time hope you are prepared! SPOILERS: the first book is about when ido found Gally in the junkyard and her fight with Makaku. So. 1: Ido Found Gally, Gally is the name of his cat he had before.because Gally lost her memories. 2. When Gally found out that Ido Was a bounty hunter she had her first fight and remembered her combat ability back. 3. she decided to become a bounty hunter to see if she can remember more, her first target was Makaku. 4. She found Makaku and start the fight but almost got destroyed before Ido found her and Makaku (he was badly injured too). 5. Ido give the "last" hit on Makaku. when Ido try to bring back Gally to his place Makaku Attack one last time before escaping and hit Ido really badly, we see that Makaku is a worm like creature that take control of the body he want. 6. Ido finaly get Gally back and decide to give the berserker body to gally, The body that IDO FOUND several years before gally was found. Not Gally that have found it. 7. Gally love her new body and she's ready to fight Makaku Back! Makaku find a new body more powerfull too from a champion of an underground combat pit. 8. Gally go to the Kansas Bar TO get the help of other Bounty hunter but no one want to help and she walk on their pride and want to fight her! (they looses) 9. In the same time Makaku arrived at the bar to beat Gally and keep her as a trophy. He decided to go underground to fight her and bring the baby of the barman (she was found) 10. Gally go fight Makaku, At the end of the fight before he die, you learn about the life of Makaku and why he got this form now, and who made is body, a certain Dr found him and help him. That is the first book. want me to tell you the 2 other book? The second book is when she meet Hugo and become in love with him. and when he die. the end of the second book is when she had left Ido to go fight at the motroball circuit And Ido is looking for her in the west sector of the city to try to get her back. Ido met Shumira who is the sister of Jashugan the Champion of the Motorball. The third book is about her evolution in the motorball and her determination to fight the Champion Jashugan ( it is in this book when she bet her Heart on the table for her arm wrestling with jashugan at the market) when she finally fight on the circuit with Jashugan, She got a flashback of her past on Mars with her instructor. and the book end with Jashugan Dead Standing and Gally thanking him for her enlightenment. And if i recall correctly they never said that the winner goes to Zallem... Never. I can go in more details if you want! What i want to say though is why they HAVE to put Adaptation of the manga so they can destroy the real story and do what they want... you have the story board already drawn you just have to follow it! When they said that the producer was a fan of the manga this is what i though, that for once they will follow the REAL story but no he didn't. So if you take the movie as a parallel world maybe it can be good. but it isn't an alternate reality of her story i would like to see... so i won't go see the other movie if they make another one. (that won't change anything i know but this isn't what I want to see.) This is my opinion that does not weight much but you asked me to elaborate and i did.

I just never understand why they can't follow the story already put down... it's the same for every comics or books written not just that manga.. but we can't change that sadly. i just prefer the original story with all the stage that Gally goes through to evolved and learned about herself that you will never see in the movie... Like i said the Actors did an awesome jobs though! I have love to see kuzutetsu and Zalem just over it! i like the fact that he kept close to the original outfit too. but the story kill me there. it is sad if she go straight to zalem they will just omit the last 3 books... that's why i don't generally express myself it's the same like i said with anything already written or drawn.. you have to take them as an alternate reality. Some are not bad other i just can't stand them. Like lord of the ring they have onit a lot of thing from the book to make the movies ( But again i admit that it would have been 6 movies instead of 3...). and they can't say they can't do certain scene from the manga because they don't have the technology to do it... They Have it! On that i let you with my humble opinion and wish you a good day!

@@gorenum It doesn't matter if it didn't follow the story exactly, films never follow books exactly. The movie was still amazing as its own thing and I still think it's worth seeing the sequels :)

As an artist I always start by getting the full picture outlined. That is the most important. Then of course eyes need to be perfect. But they should be. Still perfect eyes with an unbalanced overal picture is not goo.

@@litjellyfish haha...i somehow have thought about that and tried to look close to see if there was some pale sketches or some image under that paper.... it is jusy too accurate (so much alike comparing to the poster)...

You can’t deny that some people are born with talent tho, I’ve had friends who take years to react a level that a friend who was talented could pick up in a few weeks

@@thepurpleturnip534 some are, I believe tiger woods was a prodigy at golf as well as Amisha Shiraishi (rock climber). I mainly meant that because I hear a lot of people using it as an excuse to not try anything. I really find that sad. I believe talent from hard work is far more satisfactory than innate talent, but thats another topic.
